Position Overview

An established financial organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated Fintech Consultant to support the design and delivery of next-generation payment solutions, digital finance strategies, and enterprise transformation programmes.

The successful candidate will advise business leaders on technology adoption, digital payment modernization, operational optimization, and customer-centric innovation while helping to accelerate the institution’s digital transformation journey.

Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will evaluate new technologies, improve digital banking capabilities, optimize payment ecosystems, and identify opportunities to create more efficient and secure financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on enterprise fintech transformation strategies.

• Evaluate payment technologies and digital finance solutions.

• Develop implementation roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.

• Analyze banking processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Support the deployment of digital payment platforms.

• Conduct technology assessments and vendor evaluations.

• Collaborate with product teams to launch innovative financial services.

• Recommend improvements to customer onboarding and digital engagement.

• Assist with API strategy and financial platform integration.

• Support cloud-based fintech infrastructure initiatives.

• Prepare business cases and investment proposals.

• Monitor fintech regulations and industry best practices.

• Deliver presentations to executive stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-functional transformation projects.

• Promote continuous innovation across financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech consulting, payments, banking technology, or digital transformation.

• Knowledge of digital payments, cloud platforms, APIs, financial ecosystems, and banking operations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
