Position Overview

A forward-looking financial institution in Qatar is seeking an accomplished Fintech Consultant to provide strategic advisory services on financial technology adoption, digital transformation, product innovation, and operational modernization.

The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, technology specialists, business analysts, and operational teams to identify innovative solutions that improve business performance, strengthen digital capabilities, and enhance customer experiences.

This position is suited for a consultant with strong business acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise fintech strategies and innovation roadmaps.

• Identify emerging technologies that support financial transformation.

• Advise on AI, automation, and data-driven financial solutions.

• Assess digital maturity and recommend improvement initiatives.

• Support implementation of cloud-based financial platforms.

• Evaluate fintech partnerships and technology vendors.

• Assist in developing new digital financial products and services.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

• Recommend customer experience improvements.

• Support regulatory compliance during technology implementation.

• Prepare strategic reports and executive presentations.

• Facilitate innovation workshops with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in fintech, banking, or digital financial services.

• Experience with digital transformation, cloud technologies, AI, APIs, and financial systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
