Position Overview

A fintech analytics initiative focused on improving digital financial services is seeking a Fintech Business Intelligence & Data Strategy Lead to oversee financial analytics and data-driven decision-making across its fintech operations.

This role focuses on transforming financial transaction data into actionable insights that guide product development, operational performance improvements, and strategic planning within fintech ecosystems.

The successful candidate will combine expertise in financial analytics, business intelligence platforms, fintech performance analysis, and data strategy development.

Responsibilities

Data Strategy Development

• Design data strategies supporting fintech operational intelligence.

• Define key metrics used to evaluate fintech product performance.

• Implement analytical frameworks that support financial decision-making.

Financial Data Analysis

• Analyze digital transaction datasets to identify trends in fintech platform usage.

• Evaluate financial performance metrics across digital services.

• Conduct analytical studies on user behavior within digital financial ecosystems.

Business Intelligence Reporting

• Build dashboards presenting financial performance indicators to leadership teams.

• Create automated reporting tools supporting operational monitoring.

• Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.

• Collaborate with product teams to integrate analytics insights into fintech strategy.

• Support leadership with strategic data-driven insights.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Financial Technology.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analytics, fintech intelligence, or data strategy roles.

Technical Skills

• SQL and database querying

• Python or R for analytics

• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

• Financial modeling techniques

• Quantitative analysis and financial data interpretation
