Position Overview
A fast-growing financial technology organization is seeking an experienced Fintech Banking Solutions Consultant to advise clients on the implementation and optimization of modern banking technologies. The successful candidate will bridge business needs with innovative financial solutions, helping organizations accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand business and digital banking requirements.
- Recommend fintech platforms and banking technology solutions.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and stakeholder workshops.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and business transformation plans.
- Support the integration of payment systems, digital wallets, and banking platforms.
- Collaborate with technical, compliance, and product teams throughout project delivery.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure successful client outcomes.
- Stay informed about emerging fintech innovations and banking technologies.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech consulting, banking technology, digital transformation, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, payment systems, APIs, and financial technologies.
- Excellent client relationship, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project coordination abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools.
- Professional fintech, banking, or project management certifications are desirable.
