Position Overview
An innovative financial technology institution is seeking a strategic Fintech Banking Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of next-generation digital banking products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape customer-centric financial solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product innovation across digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies for digital banking solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Define product roadmaps, features, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams.
- Monitor product performance using key business and customer metrics.
- Lead product launches and post-launch optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal policies.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Prepare business cases, product documentation, and executive reports.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and product quality assurance.
- Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Monitor competitor offerings and recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial product management.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, mobile banking, and financial technology ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools.
- Professional certifications in product management or fintech are advantageous.
