Role Overview

This role focuses on managing customer financial accounts and ensuring smooth execution of transaction-related processes within a fintech platform. The position emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.


A Typical Day in This Role

Morning: System Checks & Transaction Reviews

  • Log into operational dashboards to review overnight transaction activity
  • Identify any failed or flagged transactions requiring attention
  • Verify account balances and ensure data accuracy

Midday: Issue Resolution & Coordination

  • Investigate discrepancies in customer accounts
  • Coordinate with finance and support teams to resolve issues
  • Update transaction records and maintain documentation

Afternoon: Reporting & Process Monitoring

  • Prepare daily reports on transaction volumes and account activity
  • Monitor system performance and identify inefficiencies
  • Suggest improvements to operational workflows

End of Day: Review & Planning

  • Ensure all pending issues are addressed or escalated
  • Document key observations and recurring issues
  • Plan for next-day priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer account records and transaction data
  • Monitor and resolve transaction-related issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams for operational efficiency

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in account operations or fintech environments
  • Strong understanding of transaction processing systems

Technical Skills

  • Financial systems and transaction monitoring tools
  • Data analysis and reporting tools
