ARCHITECT THE SYSTEMS THAT WILL MOVE TOMORROW’S MONEY
We are seeking an exceptional Principal to shape the architecture of sophisticated financial technology ecosystems spanning digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, payment systems, and next-generation banking platforms.
This is not a conventional architecture position. It is an opportunity for a technically accomplished professional who can translate complex financial requirements into resilient, scalable, secure, interoperable, and commercially viable technology architecture.
You will operate at the point where financial engineering meets software architecture—designing systems capable of supporting increasingly complex digital transactions and financial products.
YOUR ARCHITECTURAL MANDATE
You will:
- Define enterprise architecture for digital-asset and fintech platforms.
- Design scalable distributed systems supporting financial transactions.
- Establish architecture standards for blockchain-enabled financial applications.
- Design APIs and integration frameworks connecting multiple financial ecosystems.
- Develop high-availability architectures for payment and banking services.
- Evaluate distributed-ledger technologies for practical financial applications.
- Design transaction-processing and settlement architectures.
- Establish architectural principles for security, observability, resilience, and performance.
- Lead technical due diligence on emerging financial technologies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, security, risk, and commercial leadership.
- Develop technology roadmaps supporting regional expansion.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and technical debt before they become operational constraints.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical architects.

IDEAL PROFILE
- 9+ years in fintech, banking technology, enterprise architecture, software engineering, or financial infrastructure.
- Significant experience designing mission-critical distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and modern financial infrastructure.
- Advanced cloud and API architecture capabilities.
- Strong understanding of security and data architecture.
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
