Role Overview
This role is designed for a senior fintech architect specializing in financial systems observability, intelligence, and embedded control design. The Lead Financial Systems Intelligence, Observability & Control Architect will ensure that digital finance platforms provide deep, real-time visibility into transaction behavior, system performance, and operational integrity.
The successful candidate will architect platforms that move beyond basic monitoring toward intelligent, self-aware financial systems, enabling proactive control, rapid response, and regulatory transparency at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Architect observability frameworks providing real-time insight into transaction flows, system health, and operational risk.

Design intelligence layers enabling automated alerts, anomaly detection, and system-level diagnostics.

Embed control mechanisms within transaction lifecycles to ensure integrity, traceability, and audit readiness.

Align intelligence and control architectures with regulatory, compliance, and governance expectations.

Produce strategic documentation outlining observability and control models for future-state platforms.

Advise stakeholders on emerging trends in intelligent financial systems and platform self-governance.
Required Qualifications & Experience

8–11 years of experience in financial systems architecture, platform monitoring, or fintech control frameworks.

Strong expertise in transaction lifecycle design, system observability, and analytics-driven oversight.

Familiarity with GCC regulatory expectations around transparency and operational control.

Ability to bridge deep technical architecture with executive-level assurance strategy.
