Turn Financial Data Into Strategic Intelligence
A distinguished opportunity exists for an Executive with the intellectual range to lead sophisticated financial-intelligence and AI transformation initiatives across Bahrain and the wider GCC.
This is not a conventional analytics position.
The mandate is to create a strategic environment in which data becomes intelligence, intelligence becomes decision-making, and decision-making becomes measurable financial performance.
The successful professional will operate across strategy, analytics, artificial intelligence, financial risk, technology and executive transformation.
Executive Mandate
You will:

Define enterprise strategies for AI-enabled financial intelligence.

Lead transformation programmes involving advanced analytics and intelligent automation.

Develop frameworks for predictive financial and operational analytics.

Establish data-driven approaches to identifying financial risks and opportunities.

Guide the development of AI-powered decision-support capabilities.

Create executive dashboards translating complex financial information into actionable intelligence.

Develop analytical frameworks for customer behaviour, transaction patterns and business performance.

Partner with technology leaders to establish scalable data and AI infrastructure.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their strategic applicability.

Establish governance frameworks for analytical models and AI-enabled financial processes.

Develop performance indicators connecting technology investment to measurable business outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams involving data scientists, engineers, product leaders, financial specialists and business executives.

Present strategic intelligence and transformation recommendations to senior leadership.
The Intellectual Profile
The ideal candidate combines financial sophistication, technological fluency and executive judgment.
You should demonstrate:

10+ years of experience across fintech, banking, financial analytics, consulting, technology or transformation.

Strong understanding of financial data and quantitative analysis.

Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of AI, machine learning and predictive modelling.

Ability to evaluate complex business problems using structured analytical frameworks.

Strong commercial and strategic reasoning.

Experience managing multidisciplinary senior teams.

Exceptional executive communication skills.

Ability to convert technical complexity into commercially actionable recommendations.
