THE INTELLIGENCE ROLE

We are seeking an analytical Analyst who can transform complex financial datasets into commercially relevant insights supporting product development, payment performance, risk management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Analyse financial performance, transaction activity, revenue drivers, customer behaviour, and operational metrics.
PAYMENT INTELLIGENCE
Identify trends and anomalies across payment activity and transaction flows.
CUSTOMER ANALYTICS
Develop insights into customer segmentation, engagement, retention, and product usage.
RISK ANALYTICS
Identify unusual patterns and potential risk indicators through structured data analysis.
FORECASTING
Support financial projections, scenario analysis, trend modelling, and business planning.
DASHBOARDS & REPORTING
Develop executive-quality dashboards and analytical reports that make complex information easier to interpret.
DECISION SUPPORT
Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for product, finance, risk, operations, and strategy teams.
AUTOMATION
Identify repetitive analytical processes that can be improved through technology and intelligent automation.
THE PROFILE
Candidates should ideally have:

4+ years of experience in financial analysis, fintech, banking, data analytics, risk, payments, or consulting.

Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.

Experience working with complex datasets.

Knowledge of financial and business-performance metrics.

Experience with SQL, Python, statistical analysis, BI tools, or comparable technologies.

Strong data-visualization capabilities.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to explain analytical findings to senior non-technical stakeholders.
THE ANALYTICAL STANDARD
