The role focuses on financial data analysis, transaction intelligence, predictive financial modeling, and data-driven insights for fintech operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze large-scale financial transaction datasets.

• Identify behavioral patterns in digital payment activity.

• Produce data insights supporting strategic fintech decisions.

Predictive Financial Modeling

• Develop predictive models to forecast financial transaction trends.

• Apply statistical analysis techniques to evaluate financial performance indicators.

• Support financial risk assessment through data modeling.

Fintech Intelligence Reporting

• Build automated financial intelligence dashboards for senior management.

• Generate financial insights reports for operational decision-making.

• Visualize fintech transaction data using modern data analytics tools.

Data Infrastructure Collaboration

• Work closely with data engineering teams to optimize financial data pipelines.

• Improve the accuracy and efficiency of fintech data processing systems.

• Ensure data governance compliance with international financial data standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Academic Background

• Degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Financial Technology, or Economics.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 4+ years experience in financial analytics, fintech data science, or banking data analysis.

Technical Expertise

• Financial data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL).

• Data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Knowledge of fintech transaction systems and financial datasets.

• Experience with machine learning applications in finance.

Additional Competencies

• Strong quantitative analysis skills.

• Ability to interpret complex financial datasets.

• Excellent written reporting and presentation abilities.
