Role Philosophy & Strategic Objective

This role is conceived for a senior fintech data leader responsible for designing intelligence-centric financial data architectures. The mandate focuses on transforming raw transactional and behavioural data into predictive, decision-grade intelligence embedded directly within fintech systems.

Rather than treating analytics as a downstream function, this role positions data and intelligence as foundational components of financial infrastructure, enabling foresight, optimisation, and adaptive decision-making at scale.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale financial data platforms supporting both real-time and batch processing

• Design predictive intelligence models for transaction behaviour, liquidity dynamics, and financial forecasting

• Establish enterprise-grade data governance covering quality, lineage, security, and observability

• Embed analytics and AI-driven intelligence directly into fintech workflows and system logic

• Lead the evolution of machine-assisted financial insight pipelines

• Provide architectural leadership, mentorship, and technical direction across distributed data teams

Required Expertise & Professional Depth

• 12–18 years of experience in fintech data engineering, analytics, or financial intelligence systems

• Advanced expertise in cloud data architectures, distributed processing, and real-time analytics frameworks

• Strong command of predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and financial data structures

• Proven experience working with high-volume transactional financial datasets

• Strong written articulation and architectural documentation capability in remote environments

Compensation & Engagement Structure

• Annual Compensation Range: AED 560,000 – 820,000 (tax-free)
