The successful candidate will design advanced analytics frameworks and reporting systems that help leadership teams understand trends within digital financial services.

Responsibilities

Financial Data Analysis

• Analyze financial transaction datasets to identify patterns in digital payment usage.

• Generate analytical insights supporting fintech strategy and operational performance improvements.

• Conduct statistical analysis on financial datasets to identify growth trends.

Business Intelligence Development

• Design dashboards that visualize financial performance metrics.

• Build automated reporting systems that support real-time fintech performance monitoring.

• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Predictive Analytics

• Develop predictive models that forecast transaction growth and financial service adoption.

• Identify potential operational risks through advanced analytics techniques.

• Support fraud detection initiatives through transaction pattern analysis.

Data Governance

• Ensure financial datasets meet accuracy, reliability, and governance standards.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain secure financial data pipelines.

• Maintain compliance with financial data protection and privacy guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Financial Technology.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, fintech analytics, or banking data intelligence.

Technical Expertise

• SQL and financial database querying

• Python or R for statistical analysis

• Business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

• Financial modeling and predictive analytics
