This strategic leadership position will be responsible for transforming traditional wealth services into technology-driven platforms that deliver intelligent portfolio analysis, automated financial planning tools, predictive market insights, seamless digital onboarding, and highly personalized investor experiences.
The successful professional will combine financial knowledge, software innovation, data intelligence, and customer experience strategy to establish highly scalable and secure digital investment infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the technology vision and product roadmap for AI-powered wealth management platforms.
- Lead the development of automated investment systems, portfolio analytics engines, digital advisory tools, and intelligent customer engagement solutions.
- Oversee engineering teams responsible for cloud-based financial applications, mobile investment platforms, and API-driven financial services.
- Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning to enhance investment insights, customer segmentation, and personalized financial recommendations.
- Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks protecting digital investment platforms and sensitive customer information.
- Establish operational standards for scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and digital experience excellence.
- Research emerging financial technologies and integrate innovative solutions that strengthen competitive advantage.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12–18 years of professional experience in digital investment technology, fintech product development, wealth technology, or enterprise financial systems.
- Strong expertise in AI-driven analytics, cloud infrastructure, API ecosystems, software architecture, cybersecurity, and digital customer experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex fintech products from conceptualization to international-scale deployment.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic planning, and technology innovation capabilities.
