About the Role

You will combine strategic insight, behavioural analytics, product thinking, and operational excellence to enhance customer satisfaction, increase engagement, and strengthen long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Psychology, or Technology.
- Experience leading customer experience programmes within fintech or banking.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
