Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, payments, or financial technology.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation programmes.
