You will define the strategic vision for cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, digital resilience, and operational excellence while leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering next-generation banking infrastructure across retail, commercial, and institutional financial services.
Executive Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise cloud transformation strategies.
- Lead modernization of mission-critical financial platforms.
- Establish cloud governance, resilience, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Oversee cloud engineering, platform architecture, and infrastructure modernization.
- Drive AI-powered operational optimization initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with global technology providers.
- Present technology investment strategies to the Executive Board.
- Lead enterprise technology risk management programmes.
- Mentor executive technology leaders and engineering directors.
- Champion innovation that accelerates sustainable business growth.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Technology Management preferred.
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience within fintech, enterprise technology, or digital banking.
- Proven experience leading complex cloud transformation programmes.
- Outstanding strategic leadership, financial acumen, and executive communication skills.
