Lead the Financial Infrastructure Connecting Global Capital to the Middle East
A globally respected fintech institution is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President – Digital Assets & Institutional Payments to lead the strategic evolution of enterprise payment infrastructure supporting multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment firms, and digital commerce platforms.
This is an exceptional opportunity to influence the future of institutional finance by designing innovative payment ecosystems, modernizing financial settlement frameworks, and driving enterprise-wide digital transformation across one of the world’s fastest-growing financial markets.
Working directly with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, you will define the long-term vision for scalable financial infrastructure while leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for innovation, operational excellence, commercial expansion, and technology modernization.
Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define enterprise payment and settlement strategies.
- Lead modernization of institutional financial infrastructure.
- Build scalable cross-border transaction ecosystems.
- Drive long-term fintech innovation initiatives.
Commercial Excellence
- Expand strategic financial partnerships.
- Identify new institutional revenue opportunities.
- Strengthen international client relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations with enterprise customers.
Technology Governance
- Oversee enterprise payment platforms.
- Improve transaction reliability and scalability.
- Direct enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Champion intelligent automation across operations.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Report directly to executive leadership.
- Present strategic business initiatives to the Board.
- Mentor regional executive teams.
- Represent the organization at international financial forums.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within fintech, banking, payments, or enterprise financial services.
- Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs.
- Outstanding executive leadership and commercial strategy experience.
