Strategic Mandate
The Executive RegTech Architecture & Financial Compliance Systems Strategist is responsible for designing the structural and technological foundations that enable financial platforms to meet regulatory obligations through intelligent, automated, and scalable systems. This role focuses on compliance-by-design, embedding regulatory logic directly into digital financial architectures rather than treating compliance as a downstream function.
The mandate operates at the systemic and architectural level, addressing how regulatory reporting, monitoring, and supervisory interaction evolve within increasingly complex digital finance ecosystems.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect compliance-by-design frameworks across payments, banking, and fintech platforms

Define system models for regulatory reporting, transaction monitoring, and supervisory data exchange

Evaluate emerging RegTech technologies including automated controls, rule engines, and real-time reporting

Assess systemic compliance risk, regulatory fragmentation, and operational scalability

Produce executive-grade strategy papers, compliance architecture blueprints, and evolution roadmaps

Advise international regulators, policymakers, and fintech stakeholders on digital compliance infrastructure

Shape long-term narratives on the future of regulatory supervision and digital finance governance
Required Expertise

Deep experience in regulatory architecture, compliance systems, or RegTech strategy

Strong understanding of financial regulation, reporting logic, and supervisory frameworks

Ability to translate regulatory complexity into executable system architecture

Proven independence in senior advisory or principal consulting roles
