A confidential international fintech transformation programme is seeking a distinguished leader for the prestigious position of Executive President – Advanced Financial Infrastructure, Global Payment Intelligence & Digital Transaction Engineering.
This strategic role is designed for a fintech expert capable of creating sophisticated financial networks where real-time payment systems, intelligent transaction processing, advanced cybersecurity, embedded financial services, and global digital commerce technologies operate as one seamless ecosystem.
The successful candidate will direct the evolution of payment infrastructures capable of supporting international commerce, cross-border transactions, merchant ecosystems, digital wallets, and future financial technologies with unmatched security, speed, and scalability.
Core Leadership Responsibilities
Global Payment Technology & Infrastructure
- Architect next-generation payment platforms capable of managing enormous transaction volumes with exceptional performance and reliability.
- Develop intelligent transaction-routing engines, multi-currency settlement solutions, digital wallet technologies, and AI-driven payment optimization systems.
- Implement advanced fraud intelligence and cyber defence capabilities using behavioural analytics, machine learning, and real-time monitoring.
Financial Engineering & Digital Commerce Expansion
- Develop innovative payment products serving e-commerce, telecommunications, transportation, healthcare, and emerging digital industries.
- Create international expansion strategies focused on market growth, strategic alliances, and sustainable commercial success.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across technology engineering, product innovation, operations, cybersecurity, and business strategy.
Risk Technology & Regulatory Intelligence
- Build automated compliance systems supporting transaction surveillance, financial crime prevention, operational resilience, and regulatory reporting.
- Establish enterprise governance models that maintain customer trust and global operational standards.
- Develop advanced business continuity frameworks ensuring uninterrupted financial service delivery.
Professional Requirements
- 12–20 years of leadership experience in fintech payments, financial infrastructure, digital commerce, banking technology, or global financial strategy.
- Advanced expertise in payment architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and large-scale financial systems.
- Strong executive leadership abilities with experience managing international teams and strategic transformation initiatives.
