Strategic Mandate
This role exists to design and govern the structural logic of digital finance platforms and embedded service ecosystems. The Supreme Executive Officer will ensure that fintech platforms are coherent systems of value creation, where products, services, and transaction flows are architected as integrated economic and technical ecosystems.
The mandate blends platform architecture, ecosystem design, and long-term value orchestration, ensuring that embedded financial services scale without fragmentation, inefficiency, or strategic drift.
Scope of Authority & Responsibilities

Define the structural blueprint for digital finance platforms, including embedded payments, financial services integration, and ecosystem interfaces.

Establish governance models for platform coherence, service interoperability, and lifecycle management.

Oversee alignment between infrastructure capability, product logic, and ecosystem participation.

Define executive KPIs covering platform adoption, service utilisation, scalability, and ecosystem health.

Lead multi-year platform evolution roadmaps focused on extensibility, resilience, and economic sustainability.

Act as final authority on platform architecture integrity and ecosystem viability.
Executive Profile

16–22+ years in fintech platform leadership, digital ecosystem strategy, or financial services architecture.

Proven experience scaling complex, multi-service fintech platforms.

Strong understanding of embedded finance models, platform governance, and ecosystem dynamics.

Ability to balance visionary ecosystem design with disciplined execution.

International perspective on platform competition and fintech evolution.
Compensation Structure (Bahrain)

Base Salary: BHD 9,800 – 13,500 per month

Annual Performance Incentive: 30% – 50% of base salary
