Mandate Overview
This executive mandate is established to provide authoritative leadership over the design, evolution, and long-term governance of fintech platforms and cross-border payment infrastructures. The role operates at a macro-architectural and strategic level, defining how digital finance systems should function across jurisdictions, currencies, and regulatory environments.
The appointment is fully remote, with strategic alignment to Bahrain due to its mature fintech ecosystem and regional connectivity.
Executive Responsibilities

Define long-range platform strategies for digital payments, transaction orchestration layers, and financial data infrastructures.

Establish executive-level principles for interoperability, scalability, systemic resilience, and transaction integrity.

Design conceptual models for real-time payments, cross-border settlement flows, and multi-rail transaction ecosystems.

Translate regulatory expectations and market realities into coherent, future-proof fintech architectures.

Produce board-grade deliverables, including strategic vision papers, reference architectures, and 5–10-year evolution roadmaps.

Evaluate emerging paradigms such as programmable finance, AI-assisted transaction intelligence, and advanced settlement mechanisms.
Operating Model

No involvement in daily operations, product delivery, or vendor management.

Works upstream of engineering execution and downstream of policy and regulatory interpretation.

Success measured by clarity of vision, durability of architecture, and long-term systemic impact.
Executive Profile

18–25 years’ experience in fintech platforms, digital payments, or financial systems leadership.

Proven ability to operate at cross-border, institutional, and executive scale.

Exceptional strategic writing and senior-stakeholder communication skills.

Demonstrated success in high-autonomy remote executive roles.
