Role Summary

The Remote Executive Head of Digital Asset Governance & Tokenized Market Architecture will define the structural, operational, and technological foundations for Oman-aligned digital asset infrastructure. The role integrates cross-asset tokenization design, institutional blockchain engineering, digital asset policy frameworks, and advanced cryptographic assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect multi-layer tokenization frameworks for real-world assets, investment products, and digitally native financial instruments.

• Develop digital asset governance models covering issuance, transfer, redemption, auditability, compliance mapping, and cross-platform settlement assurance.

• Lead the design of institutional blockchain systems integrating custodial layers, smart contract governance, secure key management, and cryptographic consensus models.

• Build interoperability frameworks enabling synchronized data flow, cross-chain bridging, asset registry validation, and liquidity-layer interconnection.

• Provide strategic oversight on market evolution, digital asset regulation, token economy structures, and programmable finance architecture aligned with Oman’s financial priorities.

• Collaborate with risk, treasury, digital transformation, and regulatory advisory functions to operationalize digital asset initiatives.

Core Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital asset engineering, blockchain architecture, capital markets, or tokenization strategy.

• Strong expertise in smart contract design, decentralized identity, MPC-based security, and institutional custody standards.

• Deep experience with cross-asset tokenization frameworks and liquidity modeling.

Preferred Competencies

• Strategic leadership in multi-jurisdictional digital asset adoption.

• Advanced understanding of emerging global fintech regulatory landscapes.
