THE MANDATE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop multi-year fintech strategies.

Conduct competitive and market intelligence.

Develop strategic partnership frameworks.

Translate technology trends into actionable initiatives.

Prepare executive-level strategy reports.

Monitor GCC and international fintech developments.

Advise senior leadership on technology and market opportunities.
THE STRATEGIC PROFILE
We are looking for an individual who can move seamlessly between:
Market intelligence → Technology → Economics → Product → Customer behaviour → Commercial outcomes
You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, quantifying opportunities and presenting complex conclusions with precision.
Experience
-
8–12+ years in fintech, banking, consulting, strategy or financial technology.

Strong understanding of payments and digital financial platforms.

Excellent analytical and commercial reasoning.

Strong knowledge of AI and emerging fintech technologies.
-
Proven strategic-planning experience.
-
Exceptional executive communication.
-
GCC or international experience preferred.
Indicative Compensation
BHD 5,000–8,000 monthly + performance incentives + executive benefits.
