A fast-growing financial technology enterprise is seeking an accomplished Executive – Fintech Operations Excellence to lead the optimization of mission-critical operational frameworks supporting digital financial products across regional and international markets.
This role offers the opportunity to transform operational performance through intelligent automation, data-driven decision-making, and strategic process redesign. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work alongside technology, compliance, finance, and customer success departments to deliver operational resilience while enabling sustainable business growth.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience within fintech, banking, digital payments, or financial services.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
