Role Overview

This shift demands a visionary executive leader capable of defining and implementing next-generation digital finance strategies.

The Executive Director – Strategic Digital Finance & Platform Innovation will drive architecture, operational strategy, and technological advancement for scalable financial systems. This role focuses on delivering secure, high-performance, multi-channel digital banking solutions while ensuring regulatory readiness and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Platform Architecture

   • Lead the design of scalable, modular financial technology platforms.

   • Oversee API integration strategies to connect fintech services, third-party providers, and internal banking systems.

2. Payment Systems & Real-Time Transactions

   • Develop and manage enterprise-grade payment networks supporting real-time domestic and cross-border transactions.

   • Optimize high-volume transaction performance, settlement mechanisms, and reliability.

3. Innovation & Emerging Technology

   • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI for fraud detection, blockchain for settlement, and intelligent digital finance products.

   • Promote a culture of innovation across cross-functional global teams.

4. Governance, Risk & Compliance

   • Implement security, regulatory, and operational risk frameworks for digital finance platforms.

   • Oversee monitoring, reporting, and auditing systems for compliance and operational efficiency.

Technology Environment

• Cloud-native, microservices-based banking platforms

• Distributed transaction processing systems

• Secure API frameworks for fintech integration

• AI-powered fraud detection and predictive analytics

• Real-time monitoring and analytics dashboards

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 15+ years in fintech infrastructure, banking technology leadership, or payment system architecture

• Technical Expertise: Distributed financial platforms, secure transaction networks, cloud-based fintech solutions

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage international engineering and operational teams at scale
