Role Mandate
This executive role sits at the convergence of national-scale power infrastructure, advanced financial technology platforms, and capital-intensive energy markets. The position is responsible for architecting and governing digital financial frameworks that underpin large-scale power generation, transmission, and grid optimization programs across Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving energy landscape.
The role is designed for a senior leader capable of translating complex power system economics into scalable fintech architectures, enabling real-time settlement, infrastructure financing, performance-based capital allocation, and digitally governed energy monetization models.
Core Responsibilities

Design and oversee digital financial architectures supporting power generation assets, smart grids, and national electricity markets

Lead the development of real-time energy settlement platforms, automated billing engines, and power trading reconciliation systems

Structure multi-billion-dollar power infrastructure financing models, integrating fintech-enabled transparency, risk analytics, and compliance layers

Coordinate with regulators, grid operators, and capital stakeholders to ensure digitally auditable financial governance

Supervise cross-border power market fintech integrations, including data standardization and liquidity management frameworks

Establish enterprise-wide controls for financial cyber resilience, data integrity, and operational continuity
Required Expertise

15+ years in energy finance, power systems economics, or infrastructure fintech leadership

Proven experience with utility-scale power markets, grid economics, and infrastructure funding models

Deep understanding of digital settlement systems, enterprise financial platforms, and regulatory-grade reporting

Advanced leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical and financial teams

Postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Energy Systems, Engineering, or Applied Economics strongly preferred
Compensation & Executive Benefits (Saudi Arabia)

Base Salary: SAR 95,000 – 125,000 per month

Annual Performance Incentive: 30% – 45% of base compensation
