Strategic Responsibilities and Scope

Architect real-time and near-real-time payment infrastructures spanning retail, corporate, and institutional transaction flows.

Design liquidity orchestration frameworks enabling intraday visibility, automated fund positioning, and settlement optimisation.

Establish governance models for payment finality, transaction traceability, and operational resilience.

Integrate payment rails with treasury systems, core banking platforms, and enterprise data architectures.

Translate regulatory and supervisory expectations into system-level design standards.

Act as a senior authority on the evolution of national and cross-border payment infrastructure.
Executive Profile and Experience

15–20 years of experience in payments infrastructure, transaction banking, or fintech architecture leadership.

Deep expertise in settlement models, liquidity mechanics, and large-scale transaction systems.

Proven ability to operate at policy, architecture, and execution levels concurrently.
