Executive Mandate
This appointment is designed for a fintech strategist responsible for defining, governing, and scaling advanced digital financial products across embedded finance, contextual payments, and API-driven financial service models.
The executive will lead the translation of complex fintech infrastructure into scalable, market-ready digital products, ensuring alignment between platform capability, regulatory constraints, and evolving user behaviors.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define end-to-end fintech product strategy across embedded finance, digital payments, and platform-based financial services.

Oversee product lifecycle governance from concept design through large-scale deployment.

Design monetization frameworks for API-based financial products and embedded financial capabilities.

Establish advanced product analytics, telemetry, and performance measurement frameworks.

Align fintech product innovation with infrastructure scalability and regulatory requirements.

Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data, compliance, and product teams.

Shape long-term fintech product roadmaps aligned with national digital economy priorities.
Executive Profile Requirements

14–18 years of fintech product leadership experience.

Deep understanding of embedded finance models, digital product architecture, and API ecosystems.

Proven ability to scale fintech products across complex financial environments.

Strong analytical, commercial, and regulatory alignment skills.

Executive-level leadership in multidisciplinary product organizations.
Compensation Structure – Oman
-
Base Annual Salary: OMR 150,000 – OMR 210,000

Annual Performance Bonus: 30% – 45% of base
