The Executive Director will operate as a market architect, shaping the frameworks through which fintech platforms, financial participants, technology providers, and regulators interact over extended planning horizons.

Core Strategic Responsibilities

• Design multi-year fintech ecosystem strategies covering digital payments, platform banking, financial data exchange, and emerging financial technologies

• Develop market architecture blueprints defining roles, incentives, infrastructure layers, and interoperability standards

• Translate macro-economic and digital economy objectives into actionable fintech frameworks

• Lead scenario planning for market growth, consolidation, disruption, and systemic risk evolution

• Establish principles for competitive balance, innovation enablement, and market resilience

• Provide senior-level strategic advisory input on fintech expansion, ecosystem maturity, and sustainability

Scope of Influence

• Shape how fintech ecosystems evolve rather than how individual platforms operate

• Influence policy-to-execution alignment without direct operational ownership

Ideal Professional Profile

• 15+ years in fintech strategy, financial markets, or digital economy leadership

• Demonstrated experience working at ecosystem, sector, or national fintech level

• Strong understanding of fintech business models, platform economics, and regulatory dynamics

• Exceptional strategic writing, analytical thinking, and executive communication skills

• Comfortable operating independently with advisory-level authority
