This executive-level role is designed for a senior fintech leader responsible for defining how complex financial systems interoperate across markets, jurisdictions, and technology domains.
The Executive Director of Financial Systems Interoperability & Cross-Market Architecture will operate at ecosystem scale, shaping structural alignment between platforms, transaction rails, data environments, and governance frameworks to ensure seamless, secure, and future-ready financial integration across the GCC and beyond.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define interoperability architectures enabling secure, scalable interaction between diverse financial platforms.

Required Profile

12–15 years of experience in fintech architecture, financial infrastructure strategy, or cross-platform systems design.
