Role Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Director of Digital Finance Architecture to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of cutting-edge digital financial infrastructures across Saudi Arabia’s evolving fintech landscape. This senior leadership role requires a rare combination of strategic vision, deep technical acumen, and regulatory insight, aimed at shaping transformative digital banking and payment ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end digital finance architecture strategy encompassing blockchain, AI-driven lending, payments, and wealth management platforms.

Develop and implement scalable digital banking solutions with an emphasis on interoperability, security, and compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Oversee advanced analytics and AI deployment for predictive financial modeling, fraud detection, and customer engagement optimization.

Collaborate with international fintech consortia and technology partners to pioneer innovative digital financial products.

Provide strategic guidance on API-driven banking ecosystems, embedded finance solutions, and multi-currency digital wallets.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in fintech architecture, digital banking platforms, or financial technology strategy.

Demonstrated expertise in blockchain, AI/ML financial applications, and enterprise-grade financial infrastructure.

Strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations, payment ecosystems, and digital asset frameworks.
