Institutional Mandate

This role is established to design, govern, and institutionalize the digital infrastructure through which capital is issued, exchanged, fractionalized, and reconstituted within advanced fintech ecosystems.

The Executive Director assumes apex authority over tokenized value systems, digital market plumbing, asset lifecycle mechanics, and capital-flow orchestration, ensuring that digital capital behaves with the same structural rigor as traditional markets—while exceeding them in efficiency, transparency, and programmability.

This position is not investment banking, trading oversight, or platform operations.

It exists at the infrastructure and protocol layer of fintech capital markets, where the rules of value creation and circulation are codified.

Strategic Authority & Responsibilities

• Architect and govern tokenized capital market frameworks, including issuance logic, lifecycle events, and redemption mechanics.

• Define executive doctrines for digital asset structuring, market access logic, and capital flow integrity.

• Establish institutional standards for market fairness, latency neutrality, and systemic resilience.

• Oversee interoperability between digital asset registries, settlement layers, custody logic, and liquidity venues.

• Lead long-horizon evolution of digital capital infrastructure under exponential market participation.

• Act as final executive authority during market stress events, asset disputes, or systemic liquidity dislocations.

Executive Profile

• 18–30+ years in fintech capital markets, financial infrastructure, or large-scale digital asset systems.

• Deep mastery of market microstructure, digital asset lifecycle design, and capital-flow mechanics.

• Demonstrated leadership in environments where capital integrity is mission-critical.

• Capacity to translate financial theory into durable technological frameworks.

• Executive stature suitable for national-scale financial architecture.

Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)

• Base Salary: SAR 115,000 – 165,000 per month

• Annual Performance Incentive: 45% – 70% of base salary

• Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year capital-market stability and infrastructure-performance awards
