The Executive Director of Digital Banking Transformation & Open Finance Architecture will architect the nation’s next era of open banking intelligence, guiding the integration of API-driven innovation, AI governance, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Direct large-scale digital banking transformation strategies, ensuring full alignment with Central Bank of UAE’s fintech modernization policies.

Architect open finance infrastructure that seamlessly connects banks, payment gateways, and third-party service providers via secure API ecosystems.

Drive development of AI-driven customer intelligence engines to power hyper-personalized financial services and real-time decisioning models.

Oversee cloud-native financial data migration, ensuring compliance with cross-border data sovereignty regulations.

Lead multi-stakeholder partnerships to implement regulatory-grade digital identity systems for consumer authentication and trust management.
Qualifications

12+ years in fintech transformation, open banking, or enterprise financial systems leadership.

Deep knowledge of financial interoperability standards, cloud security, and digital banking regulations.

Proven record of designing open API frameworks or leading large-scale financial data modernization programs.

Advanced degree in Finance, Systems Engineering, or Information Architecture preferred.
