Candidate Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 12 years of leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services.

• Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Extensive knowledge of banking technologies, payment infrastructures, and fintech regulatory frameworks.
