Role Overview
Qatar’s financial technology environment is transitioning from digitization to cognition — where systems evolve from automated execution to self-reasoning finance. The Remote Executive Director of Cognitive Fintech Ecosystem Strategy will lead the architecture of Qatar’s national fintech cognition layer — an intelligent ecosystem where AI agents autonomously manage, analyze, and adapt to economic variables in real time.
This is not a conventional leadership position; it is the orchestration of a digital economy capable of learning from itself. The role involves designing intelligent interoperability among payment systems, capital markets, and regulatory observatories, enabling Qatar to operationalize “financial sentience” at scale.
Core Responsibilities

Architect AI-powered fintech ecosystems that integrate machine reasoning, neural forecasting, and self-adaptive capital optimization.

Lead development of cognitive transaction engines — autonomous systems capable of predictive market behavior analysis and liquidity adjustment.

Qualifications
