Strategic Role Overview
This role is conceived for a senior fintech executive to operate at national-system scale, shaping the structural foundations of advanced digital finance ecosystems. With Saudi Arabia as the principal reference market, the mandate focuses on the design, orchestration, and long-term evolution of fintech operating models that underpin payments, digital banking, data-driven financial services, and platform-based financial intermediation.
The position is intentionally system-level rather than product-specific, requiring the successful candidate to think in terms of financial infrastructure, ecosystem coordination, and institutional-grade platform design. Execution is fully remote, yet the strategic scope spans national initiatives, regional interoperability, and international financial connectivity.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Define and govern end-to-end fintech infrastructure strategies covering payments, digital banking platforms, financial data layers, and integration frameworks.

Architect scalable operating models enabling collaboration between financial institutions, fintech platforms, technology providers, and regulatory bodies.

Lead the design of modular, API-first financial architectures capable of supporting rapid innovation without compromising systemic stability.

Establish governance frameworks for platform resilience, technology risk, data integrity, and operational continuity.

Translate macro-level policy and regulatory objectives into executable technology and operating-model blueprints.

Act as a senior strategic advisor on long-term fintech ecosystem evolution and cross-border financial interoperability.
Executive Profile & Experience

18–25+ years in fintech, financial infrastructure, digital banking, or large-scale technology transformation.

Demonstrated leadership in national or multi-market financial system initiatives.

Deep understanding of financial platforms, system architecture, and institutional operating models.

Ability to operate credibly with executive leadership, policymakers, and senior technology stakeholders.
Compensation Structure (International Executive Benchmark)

Base Salary: USD 190,000 – 250,000 per annum.

Annual Strategic Performance Incentive: 35%–45% of base salary.
