Position Overview
A world-class financial technology organization is investing heavily in resilient, cloud-native financial infrastructure to support its next generation of digital banking and payment services.
Applications are invited from experienced technology executives for the role of Executive Director – Intelligent Financial Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering.
You will oversee enterprise cloud transformation, platform engineering, cybersecurity resilience, infrastructure modernization, and mission-critical financial systems that support millions of secure financial transactions every day.
Strategic Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
- Develop enterprise cloud engineering strategy.
- Lead migration to cloud-native financial platforms.
- Build highly resilient enterprise infrastructure.
- Oversee DevSecOps transformation initiatives.
- Drive infrastructure automation and observability.
- Strengthen cybersecurity governance and resilience.
- Optimize platform scalability and performance.
- Lead international engineering teams.
- Partner with product and innovation leaders.
- Deliver technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives.
Professional Profile
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12–15 years of leadership experience in cloud engineering, enterprise infrastructure, fintech, or digital banking.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, API management, infrastructure-as-code, cloud security, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven success leading complex financial technology infrastructure programmes.
