A globally respected fintech institution is seeking an exceptional Executive Director – Intelligent Finance Platforms to lead the strategic evolution of AI-powered financial ecosystems that transform digital banking, payments, lending, treasury operations, and customer engagement.
This executive leadership role will oversee enterprise platform strategy, intelligent automation, cloud-native financial infrastructure, and next-generation customer experiences while ensuring operational resilience, regulatory excellence, and sustainable commercial growth.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define enterprise strategy for intelligent financial platforms.
- Lead modernization of cloud-native banking and payment infrastructure.
- Oversee AI-driven operational automation and digital service optimization.
- Establish enterprise architecture standards supporting financial innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and product leadership.
- Drive platform scalability, resilience, and high-availability initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that enhance enterprise competitiveness.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Present executive transformation strategies to the Board and senior leadership.
- Lead multidisciplinary executive technology teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of executive experience in fintech, digital banking, enterprise technology, or financial transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, AI adoption, and cloud platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
