Position Overview
An elite opportunity has been created for an accomplished fintech architect with exceptional expertise in modern payment systems, financial infrastructure engineering, and large-scale digital transformation.
The Executive Director of Global Payment Infrastructure & Financial Technology Architecture will lead the creation of highly resilient, secure, and scalable payment ecosystems capable of supporting millions of digital transactions across domestic and international markets.
The role requires a visionary professional who can integrate advanced technologies including cloud-based payment processing, AI-driven fraud prevention, biometric authentication, advanced encryption methodologies, real-time settlement systems, and sophisticated financial data networks.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation payment infrastructures with maximum reliability, speed, scalability, and cybersecurity protection.
- Direct the development of innovative digital payment products, merchant solutions, mobile payment ecosystems, and financial APIs.
- Establish advanced fraud prevention mechanisms using artificial intelligence, behavioral analytics, and real-time monitoring systems.
- Lead cross-border payment modernization initiatives utilizing advanced financial messaging technologies and intelligent settlement models.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of payment engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data analysts, compliance professionals, and fintech strategists.
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps ensuring continuous innovation and global competitiveness.
- Provide executive guidance on technology investments, digital transformation priorities, and emerging financial trends.
Distinguished Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree or higher qualification in Financial Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.
- 15+ years of executive experience in digital payments, financial technology architecture, banking technology, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Advanced understanding of payment processing networks, cybersecurity engineering, API architecture, cloud technologies, and financial analytics.
- Proven capability to manage high-value technology portfolios and complex international fintech initiatives.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation skills.
