Position Overview
A leading financial innovation group is launching a dedicated FinTech Venture Studio to identify, build, and scale breakthrough financial products for regional and international markets.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Executive Director – FinTech Venture Studio & Innovation Acceleration to oversee venture creation, product incubation, strategic investments, ecosystem partnerships, and commercialization of disruptive financial technologies.
This role is ideal for an executive who combines visionary leadership with venture-building expertise and a passion for transforming innovative concepts into high-growth fintech businesses.
Strategic Responsibilities
Innovation Leadership
- Build and scale fintech ventures.
- Lead product incubation programmes.
- Identify emerging market opportunities.
- Drive commercialization strategies.
Investment & Partnerships
- Establish strategic alliances.
- Evaluate venture investment opportunities.
- Build relationships with institutional investors.
- Expand international innovation ecosystems.
Executive Management
- Lead multidisciplinary venture teams.
- Present investment recommendations to executive committees.
- Represent the organization at global fintech summits.
Professional Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Economics, Innovation Management, or Financial Technology.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience.
- Experience in venture building, innovation management, fintech, private equity, or investment banking.
- Strong strategic planning and commercial leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
