Strategic Purpose
The Executive Director will oversee the design, governance, and evolution of next-generation fintech platforms that function as modular, extensible, and fully composable financial ecosystems. The incumbent is responsible for bridging strategy, technology, and finance to enable embedded finance capabilities across diverse markets and regulatory regimes.
The role demands a visionary, platform-centric mindset where technology architecture, operational design, and economic logic converge to create sustainable and innovative digital finance environments.
Responsibilities

Define and implement multi-year platform strategies encompassing technology, data, product, and financial architecture.

Architect modular, composable fintech ecosystems that enable embedded finance, third-party integrations, and ecosystem expansion.

Establish governance frameworks for platform scalability, interoperability, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation.

Shape strategic approaches for API ecosystems, platform monetization, and partner integration models.

Provide executive-level guidance to distributed product, engineering, and strategy teams.

Ensure alignment between regulatory compliance, technological innovation, and strategic execution.
Executive Profile

18–25 years in fintech platform leadership, digital finance, or financial infrastructure.

Proven track record in platform-centric financial ecosystems and embedded finance models.

Deep understanding of platform economics, digital operating models, and governance frameworks.

Ability to operate fully remotely while leading globally distributed teams.

Exceptional executive judgment, strategic communication, and governance expertise.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Compensation: AED 900,000 – 1,400,000 (tax-free)
