Strategic Role Overview

This role is intended for an executive-level fintech leader responsible for designing, governing, and scaling platform-centric financial ecosystems. The position treats fintech platforms as financial operating systems, enabling modular service composition, embedded finance capabilities, and ecosystem-wide participation.

Operating remotely with Dubai as the strategic anchor, the Executive Director will ensure that platform architecture, governance models, economic logic, and scalability mechanisms evolve cohesively, supporting long-term sustainability and international interoperability.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term platform strategies integrating technology architecture, product layers, data infrastructure, and operating models.

• Architect API-driven, modular fintech platforms capable of supporting embedded financial services and third-party integrations at scale.

• Establish comprehensive platform governance frameworks, including onboarding standards, participation rules, lifecycle management, and risk controls.

• Design platform monetization and value-distribution mechanisms aligned with ecosystem growth and operational sustainability.

• Ensure alignment between platform evolution, operational resilience, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory expectations.

• Lead and coordinate globally distributed teams across product, engineering, strategy, and operations in a remote-first structure.

• Translate complex platform concepts into executive-level decision frameworks and strategic narratives.

Executive Profile

• 18–25 years of experience in fintech platforms, digital financial systems, or large-scale technology-driven financial environments.

• Proven track record in platform-based financial models and embedded finance architectures.

• Deep understanding of platform economics, governance design, and ecosystem scaling strategies.

• Strong institutional mindset, executive judgment, and cross-border leadership capability.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in fully remote, internationally distributed operating environments.

Compensation & Engagement Structure

• Annual Base Compensation: AED 1,000,000 – 1,650,000 (tax-free)
