Strategic Context
This role is conceived for an executive leader responsible for defining and governing platform-centric financial ecosystems capable of enabling embedded finance, third-party integration, and composable service models. The Executive Director will act as the strategic architect of fintech platforms that function as financial operating systems, integrating technology, economics, governance, and compliance into a cohesive, scalable framework.
Operating fully remotely with Dubai as the strategic anchor, the incumbent will oversee platform architecture, modularity, lifecycle governance, and ecosystem expansion, ensuring alignment with international best practices and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of multi-year fintech platform strategies, integrating architecture, product, data, and operational frameworks.

Architect composable and modular platforms that enable embedded financial services and partner integrations.

Establish governance models for platform scalability, interoperability, lifecycle management, and risk oversight.

Define strategic approaches for API ecosystems, monetization frameworks, and partner participation models.

Translate complex technical and financial architectures into clear, executive-level strategic narratives.

Provide senior leadership across distributed teams in technology, product, strategy, and operations.

Collaborate with regulatory, risk, and compliance teams to maintain alignment across multiple jurisdictions.
Executive Profile

18–25 years of leadership experience in fintech platforms, digital finance, or financial infrastructure.

Proven success in platform-centric financial ecosystems and embedded finance models.

Deep understanding of platform economics, digital operating models, and governance frameworks.

Ability to lead fully remotely across globally distributed teams.

Exceptional executive judgment, strategic communication, and governance expertise.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Compensation: AED 900,000 – 1,400,000 (tax-free)
