Strategic Role Mandate

This role represents a senior governance and strategy mandate focused on ensuring coherence, scalability, and long-term sustainability across complex fintech product ecosystems. The Executive Director will oversee how platforms evolve structurally, commercially, and operationally as they scale across markets and use cases.

The mandate requires balancing innovation velocity with architectural discipline, ensuring that platform growth does not compromise integrity, performance, or governance.

Core Strategic Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce fintech platform governance frameworks covering product lifecycle, architectural consistency, and scalability.

  • Oversee multi-year platform and product architecture roadmaps aligned with global fintech trends.

  • Ensure interoperability and modularity across digital finance platforms and services.

  • Lead executive-level strategic planning and platform review sessions.

  • Act as the primary steward of long-term platform sustainability and coherence.

Professional & Technical Profile

  • 14–19+ years of experience in fintech product leadership, platform strategy, or digital financial ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of platform economics, modular architectures, and large-scale product governance.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex fintech portfolios across growth phases.

  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

Compensation Framework (Kuwait – International Benchmark)

  • Base Annual Compensation: KWD 78,000 – KWD 105,000

  • Strategic Performance Incentive: 25% – 40% annually

  • Long-Term Retention Component: Multi-year cash-based incentive plan

  • Additional Provisions:

    • Executive remote-work environment allowance
