An internationally focused financial technology organization is seeking a commercially driven Executive Director – FinTech Market Expansion & Growth Strategy to lead ambitious regional and international expansion initiatives.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will identify emerging opportunities, establish strategic market-entry frameworks, and develop sustainable commercial growth strategies that strengthen the organization’s competitive position across high-growth financial markets.
Primary Responsibilities

Design enterprise market expansion strategies.

Evaluate new regional and international business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, International Management, or related discipline.

12+ years of leadership experience within fintech, banking, consulting, or financial services.

Exceptional commercial judgment and strategic planning capabilities.
