A high-impact executive role focused on designing and orchestrating complex fintech ecosystems, enabling platform-based financial services and embedded finance networks.

The Executive Director will lead the creation of interconnected financial platforms, integrating banks, fintech providers, merchants, and digital platforms into unified ecosystems capable of delivering seamless financial services across industries.

Strategic Responsibilities

Ecosystem Architecture & Orchestration

• Design multi-participant fintech ecosystems

• Enable seamless interaction between financial and non-financial platforms

• Develop orchestration layers managing ecosystem operations

Platform Economy Development

• Build scalable financial platforms supporting multiple participants

• Enable monetization strategies within platform ecosystems

• Drive adoption of embedded finance across industries

Embedded Finance Integration

• Integrate financial services into non-financial platforms

• Develop APIs enabling seamless financial functionality

• Expand financial service accessibility through embedded models

Technology & Ecosystem Environment

• API-driven financial platforms

• Embedded finance and platform economy systems

• Ecosystem orchestration and integration frameworks

• Financial data and analytics systems

• Cloud-based infrastructure for scalability

Regulatory Alignment

All ecosystem initiatives must align with frameworks governed by the Central Bank of Oman, ensuring compliance with financial services regulation, platform governance, and consumer protection standards.

Candidate Profile

• 15–20 years in fintech strategy, platform development, or ecosystem management

• Strong expertise in embedded finance and platform economies

• Experience building and scaling multi-participant ecosystems

• Deep understanding of fintech regulations and market dynamics
