Mandate of the Role
The Executive Director will lead the conceptualization and evolution of embedded finance platforms, enabling seamless payment initiation, lending, and value transfer across non-financial digital environments. The focus is on platform intelligence, modular scalability, and jurisdiction-aware execution within a remote operating model.
Key Strategic Responsibilities

Architect embedded finance frameworks that integrate payments, credit, and financial services directly into digital products and ecosystems.

Design intelligent transaction orchestration layers capable of routing, optimizing, and reconciling payments across multiple rails and currencies.

Establish governance models ensuring operational resilience, auditability, and regulatory alignment across embedded financial workflows.

Guide distributed engineering teams on API standards, platform modularity, and long-term extensibility.

Shape platform evolution through advanced analytics, automation, and adaptive transaction logic.
Expertise & Professional Standing

12+ years in payments, platform finance, or large-scale financial system design.

Strong command of API-driven architectures, event-based systems, and multi-rail payments infrastructure.
