Role Overview
Kuwait is undergoing a major pivot toward digital-wealth enablement, integrating portfolio automation, global investment gateways, and high-governance advisory ecosystems. This executive position directs the architecture, policy, operational modeling, and analytical frameworks for the next generation of digital-wealth infrastructure.
The Executive Director will oversee portfolio-intelligence systems, multi-jurisdictional investment flows, data-driven advisory engines, client-profiling intelligence, and full lifecycle digital-wealth engagement architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Wealth-Infrastructure Leadership

Establish the institutional blueprint for digital-wealth platforms supporting cross-border products, multi-asset portfolios, and automated advisory modules.

Oversee compliance engines, investor-risk segmentation systems, and global product-suitability intelligence.
Investment-System Engineering

Direct infrastructure supporting market data feeds, algorithmic portfolio balancing, and global execution workflows.

Integrate digital-custody frameworks, cross-border settlement rails, and global investment-gateway layers.
Strategic Market Expansion

Develop Kuwait-aligned digital-wealth modernization roadmaps, forecasting structural, demographic, and regulatory shifts.

Requirements

10–15 years in wealth management technology, investment systems, or digital-finance architecture.

Strong cross-border investment knowledge, multi-asset expertise, and digital-advisory system experience.
