Position Overview
An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking a strategic Executive Director – Digital Treasury Innovation & Liquidity Technologies to modernize enterprise treasury capabilities through intelligent financial automation, predictive liquidity analytics, and advanced treasury technologies.
This senior leadership role will oversee treasury innovation, financial operations optimization, commercial banking partnerships, and enterprise financial infrastructure supporting multinational business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise treasury transformation.
- Develop intelligent liquidity management strategies.
- Build next-generation treasury operating models.
- Strengthen banking relationships.
- Oversee treasury technology modernization.
- Improve working capital optimization.
- Direct enterprise financial risk reporting.
- Collaborate with executive finance leadership.
- Lead treasury innovation programmes.
- Mentor finance and treasury professionals.
- Support international expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or Treasury Management.
- MBA or CFA qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum 14 years of treasury or financial leadership experience.
- Experience managing multinational treasury operations.
- Strong commercial decision-making capability.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
